The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The room was fine and comfortable. The location was wonderful and centrally located. The customer service was excellent, and the concierge was knowledgeable about Paris. The turndown service was a nice touch.

We were also delighted to discover that it was within walking distance of a fantastic restaurant that we had been wanting to try. the hotel was situated away from the bustling landmark, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and tranquil stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was clean and modern, with all the amenities we needed. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff members who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. the hotel offered excellent facilities and room advantages, such as complimentary Nespresso coffee and complimentary water, enhancing our overall experience.

We did encounter some issues during check-out, where the reception staff seemed untrained and took longer than expected to assist us.

The mattress was not very comfortable and caused some discomfort. Another downside was the lukewarm water temperature in the shower, which did not meet the standards of a hotel of this caliber.

The service throughout my stay was really good, with the front desk even helping me arrange an Uber when I was running late for a dinner cruise. I had a wonderful experience at Sofitel Paris Arc De Triomphe and would highly recommend it.

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I felt the luxurious vibe that it exudes. the exclusive amenities in the room were impressive, from the plush bedding to the high-quality toiletries. the room also had a sun terrace with a breathtaking view. the restaurant served delectable cuisine, including Halal and Kosher options.

The hotel's location in the centre of the city made it very convenient for exploring. It was right next to a metro station, made getting around easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, with well-maintained facilities and a super clean room. The staff were helpful and kind, providing proactive and attentive service.
